When contacting me, it helps if you can give me as much info as possible about the bike and what might be wrong.
Don’t worry if you don’t know what’s wrong (after all, that’s probably why you’re getting in touch…), but it is useful to know the type of bike and what condition it is in.
After the booking has been arranged, I might ask you to email or WhatsApp a couple of photos of the bike and the part(s) that you think needs fixing.
If you want to book a service, please indicate which one you would like and also mention if you think there are any extra things that may need attention.
Most jobs take about 1hour to 1hr30, apart from the Pull a Wheelie Service and the Bells and Whistles service, which take roughly 2hrs and 2hr30 respectively.
