There is a call out charge of £25
This includes a visual inspection and assessment of the bike
25% off children’s bikes
If an adult’s bike is being worked on, I will also check any children’s bikes and offer 25% discount on any work (excluding parts).

Chain, gears and brakes checked and adjusted if necessary.
Tyre pressures also checked and adjusted.
Chain, cables and external parts lubricated.

If the bike or chainset is dirty it will need to be booked in for a Standard service

Clean and adjust
All the features of the Basic service plus a full bike clean & degrease of the chainset while on the bike.
Chain and cassette cleaned.
Headset and bottom bracket checked and adjusted if required.

As the Standard Service plus full external and internal inspection including:
re-greasing of hubs.
bottom bracket removed, cleaned and re-greased.

Please note, I don’t currently service folding bikes (unless a puncture repair) or electric bikes.
There is a minimum charge of £10 for any single repair in addition to the call-out charge.
Most jobs take about 1hr to 1hr30, except for the Standard Service and the Full Service which will take roughly 2hrs and 2hr 30 respectively.
In the eventuality of having to order a part and return to fit, I will not charge a second call-out fee.
